本项目的颅颌面模型是 Z-Anatomy 数据的整理版本，来源获取日期为 2026-09-08。

Z-Anatomy — The libre 3D atlas of anatomy — CC BY-SA 4.0。Gauthier KERVYN（设计、三维与解剖），Marcin ZIELINSKI（Blender 插件）。其他贡献者和完整上游署名保留在 `UPSTREAM_LICENSE.txt`。

本次整理增加了头颈范围提取、展示边界裁切、对象分组与材质、中文名称、中文学习面板、观察预设及渲染图。来源几何没有被宣称为本次原创；没有导入上游自动翻译的百科定义，也没有安装其完整应用模板。

Z-Anatomy 在其来源说明中采用 [CC BY-SA 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/)；基础 BodyParts3D 保留 [CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.1/jp/) 署名。本次对模型的整理和新增学习内容按 CC BY-SA 4.0 提供，并保留各来源组件原有条件。

上游还列有以下来源：University of Dundee / CAHID 的 Cranial Nerves and Foramina（CC BY 4.0），University of Dundee School of Medicine 的 Anatomy of the Inner Ear（CC BY-NC-SA 4.0），Lissie Cowley 的 Kidney（CC BY-NC 4.0），University of Washington 的 Brainder 与 White matter。完整上游说明随文件保留；这些是上游整体来源记录，不表示这些模型全部包含在本次头颈选取中。上游未逐网格提供这些附加来源的许可映射，因此本交付不将所有组件统一声明为可无限制商用。
